"Neapolitan" - Original Artwork

"NEAPOLITAN" - This piece is inspired by the classic Neapolitan ice cream. Growing up we would always have a tub of this in the freezer. The perfect ratio of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. Some people only eat their favourite flavour and leave the rest for someone else, but I distinctly remember dad never letting us do that. We had to have all 3, scooped across the grain. A lesson in taking the good with the bad, and being grateful for what you're given. 🍨
